Humble Heart Farms Goat Cheese is a product of a local dairy. The sun, rain, wind, grasses and feed all come together to flavor our cheese. The "girls" come from a long line with excellent milk. We carefully provide the best nutrition with grazing and a custom blend of grains and hay. This is the secret of our fine quality chevre (goat cheese). Humble Heart Farms make a fresh, spreadable Fromage in seven flavors.
